Meet the Team
Darin Hershey
Darin was born and raised in Arizona before making his way to the Las Vegas area in the 1990s. After spending time in the casino industry, he transitioned into mortgage and banking — a career he built over nearly 20 years. That foundation gave him a real understanding of how financial decisions ripple through a family's life, and when he moved into insurance over 15 years ago, he brought every bit of it with him.
That depth of experience shows in how he works. Darin has earned the Top Salesman Award ten years in a row — not by pushing the most expensive policies, but by taking the time to understand what each client actually needs. His clients stay because they trust him, and because when something comes up, he picks up the phone.
Outside the office, Darin is a coach, a sports fan, and a devoted family man. He married Dawn in 2013 and together they blended their families into a household of five kids — lively, to say the least. He stays connected to the community through local charities and youth sports programs, and when he gets a moment to himself, you'll find him on the golf course.

Dawn Hershey
Dawn grew up in Montana before relocating to the Las Vegas area for work — a move that would shape the next several decades of her life. She became a mother of three, and built a career defined by growth, service, and the kind of quiet leadership that earns lasting respect.
She spent seven years managing a health food store before finding her calling in veterinary medicine. What started as a receptionist role grew into a 20-year career that took her all the way to hospital manager — a title she earned through dedication and genuine care for the teams and animals she served. She retired from that chapter on her own terms.
Today, Dawn continues to foster animals for local shelters and non-profit organizations — a commitment that says everything about who she is. She's now channeling that same energy into learning the insurance business, with plans to join Darin in the office and bring her own brand of warmth and professionalism to every client who walks through the door.
More Than Insurance

Darin and Dawn have never viewed their work as separate from the community around them. From the beginning, they've shown up — not because it looks good on paper, but because this is where they live, where their kids grew up, and where they want to see good things happen.
Over the years, that has meant supporting Safe Nest and Opportunity Village, two organizations doing meaningful work for some of the most vulnerable people in Southern Nevada. It's meant rolling up their sleeves with non-profit animal rescue groups in Las Vegas and Henderson — organizations that, like Darin and Dawn, believe every creature deserves a fair shot.
And it's meant coaching — countless hours on soccer fields and basketball courts with young athletes across the valley. That same love of the game is why you'll find Darin and Dawn cheering for the Raiders, the Golden Knights, the Aces, and the Lights. Vegas sports aren't just entertainment here - they're part of what makes this valley feel like home.
