Darin and Dawn Hershey didn't just open an insurance office — they put down roots. This is the story of two people who chose community over commissions, and relationships over policy numbers.
Meet the Team
Darin Hershey
Darin was born and raised in Arizona before making his way to the Las Vegas area in the 1990s. After spending time in the casino industry, he transitioned into mortgage lending and banking, building a career that spanned nearly two decades. During those years, he also became the proud father of two wonderful children. The experience of raising a family while helping others navigate major financial decisions gave him a deep understanding of the challenges and responsibilities families face. When he entered the insurance industry more than 15 years ago, he brought that knowledge and perspective with him.
His commitment to serving clients has earned him Top Salesman honors for ten consecutive years. Darin's success comes from listening first, understanding each family's unique needs, and helping them find the right protection rather than simply selling a policy. His clients value the trust, accessibility, and personal service he provides.
Outside the office, Darin is a passionate sports fan, devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He married Dawn in 2013, and together they blended their families into a lively household of five children. He remains active in the community through local charities and enjoys spending time with family, supporting local events, and playing a round of golf whenever he gets the chance.

Dawn Hershey
Dawn Hershey grew up in Montana before relocating to the Las Vegas area, where she built a life centered on family, service, and community involvement. A devoted mother of three, Dawn met Darin more than two decades ago, and together they blended their families into an amazing family of five. Today, they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, who remain at the heart of everything they do.
Her professional career spans more than two decades in veterinary medicine. Starting as a receptionist, she advanced to become a hospital administrator, helping lead a large veterinary practice dedicated to animal welfare, community outreach, and educational programs throughout the Las Vegas Valley. During her tenure, she supported numerous local initiatives, including partnerships with animal shelters, community events, school programs, and fundraising efforts that benefited both animals and families in need.
A lifelong advocate for animals, Dawn continues to foster pets for local shelters and rescue organizations, helping countless animals find loving homes. She is also a proud supporter of Safe Nest and Opportunity Village, whose missions serve vulnerable individuals and families throughout Southern Nevada.
Today, Dawn brings the same compassion, professionalism, and commitment to service to the insurance industry. Licensed in Arizona, Montana, and Nevada, she works alongside Darin to help clients make informed decisions that protect their families, homes, and futures. Known for her warmth, integrity, and genuine care for others, Dawn believes that strong relationships, hard work, and kindness are the foundation of both personal and professional success. Together, Darin and Dawn are committed to serving their community with the same family values that have guided them throughout their lives.

Darin and Dawn have never viewed their work as separate from the community around them. From the beginning, they've shown up — not because it looks good on paper, but because this is where they live, where their kids grew up, and where they want to see good things happen.
Over the years, that has meant supporting Safe Nest and Opportunity Village, two organizations doing meaningful work for some of the most vulnerable people in Southern Nevada. It's meant rolling up their sleeves with non-profit animal rescue groups in Las Vegas and Henderson — organizations that, like Darin and Dawn, believe every creature deserves a fair shot.
And it's meant coaching — countless hours on soccer fields and basketball courts with young athletes across the valley. That same love of the game is why you'll find Darin and Dawn cheering for the Raiders, the Golden Knights, the Aces, and the Lights. Vegas sports aren't just entertainment here - they're part of what makes this valley feel like home.
