We offer auto, motorcycle, RV, ATV, boat, classic car, Mexico, umbrella, jewelry, and identity protection insurance. Auto is our flagship — it's what GEICO does best — but we're happy to walk you through any of these options.
Yes. The moment you cross into Mexico, your U.S. auto policy stops providing coverage — it's required by Mexican law. It doesn't matter how close to the border you're staying. We can set you up with a short-term policy for a single trip or an annual option if you travel regularly. It's simple and we can usually get it done quickly.
Collision covers damage from hitting another vehicle or object. Comprehensive covers just about everything else — theft, weather damage, a rock through your windshield, an animal in the road. Most lenders require both if you're financing a vehicle, but we'll help you figure out what actually makes sense for your situation.
Usually not, or only very partially. Your auto policy covers the RV while you're driving it, but not the living space, your belongings inside, or many scenarios that matter most for RV owners. A dedicated RV policy gives you real coverage whether you're on the highway or parked at a campsite.

Yes. Life changes, and your coverage can change with it. Bought a new car, added a driver, moved? Call or email us and we'll update your policy. Most changes take effect quickly.
Don't panic — but don't wait either. Call us as soon as you realize it. Depending on how much time has passed, there's often a grace period, and we may be able to help you reinstate your coverage without a gap. The worst thing to do is nothing.
You can file a claim directly through GEICO at 1-800-GEICO (1-800-434-2628) or via their app — they have a dedicated claims team available 24/7. You can also call us first if you're not sure where to start. We'll help you understand the process and make sure you know what to expect.
It depends on the complexity. A straightforward fender bender can often be wrapped up in a few days. More complex situations — total losses, injury claims, disputed liability — can take longer. GEICO will assign an adjuster who will keep you updated. We're also happy to check in with you throughout if you need support.
It depends on the circumstances — your history, who was at fault, and the nature of the claim all factor in. Some claims have no rate impact at all. We can't promise a specific outcome, but we're happy to talk through the situation before you file so you have a clear picture of what to expect.
Darin has over 18 years of experience in insurance and financial services, including a background in banking and running his own mortgage company before opening his GEICO Exclusive Agency. He and Dawn have been running this office together as co-owners, building real relationships with clients across the Las Vegas valley.
